Hashure’s online film screening platform started in 2018 and in the beginning mainly focused on documentary, artistic experimental, and short films. In Hashure we believe in providing access to high-quality and up-to-date films for everyone, regardless of location or financial situation. Hashure Online Video Library is another application that we provide for researchers and archiving systems. Online Video Library is a dynamic and smart archive where you can find various types of video content produced by public and private organizations, educational centers, film production companies, and filmmakers. The video library has a complete archive of movies, documentaries, short films, commercials, photos, and graphic works, where you can find detailed specifications of the works both in Farsi and English.
In fact, this online library is a complete database for researchers and enthusiasts who are interested in individual or group screening, have an online presence, or to send it to international film festivals.
Online Festivals and Cultural Events
The Hashure Team has designed and implemented a software that enables them to hold online or live cultural and artistic events. Three important parts of this software that enable successful screening of film festivals, artistic events, and conferences are:
- Electronic Secretariat: In this section, general calls for the festival or art event are announced to its audience, and applicants can register their films and other artistic and cultural works there.
- Upload: Domestic and international applicants can upload their films here. The jury has the opportunity to watch the uploaded media
- General Screening: Here you can find a screening timetable for domestic and international audience. We can do online screening or we can organize workshops and meetings with critics in presence of local and international experts.”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Hashure platform successfully conducted over 15 online festivals, including the International Documentary Film Festival “Cinema Verite”, Tehran International Short Film Festival, and International Film Festival for Children and Youth.
